Littleton building with comic book store and vet center sold for $730K

The Block, a 7,590-square-foot retail building in Littleton was sold on Oct. 13 for $730,000.
The Block is home to Legends Comics and Games and the Middlesex Veterinary Center.
Concord-based O’Brien Commercial Properties Senior Associate Rob McGarry represented the seller, long-time owners Thumbtack Realty of Littleton.
The new owners are Nickoleta and James Sakorafos of Winchester.
The Block was built in 1920 and is assessed by the Town of Littleton for $458,300.
