Littleton industrial property sold to owners of Chelmsford towing company for $1.1M

An industrial property at 82 Taylor St. in Littleton was sold for $1.1 million

A 1.2-acre industrial property in Littleton was sold to a limited liability corporation registered to the owners of Ferreira’s Towing in Chelmsford.
The property at 82 Taylor Street was sold on Monday for $1.1M to Taylor Street LLC of Chelmsford. according to the Middlesex South Registry of Deeds. It includes a 1,470 square-foot office building, according to a press release from O’Brien Commercial Properties of Concord.
Luke Lavelle of O'Brien Commercial Properties has represented the seller, Josephine Turowski Trust.
The property is assessed by the Town of Littleton for $364,300.
