LeClair will be a member of the executive leadership team and will be responsible for leading the company's Manufacturing Science and Technology and Process Development teams, according to an April release from Lykan.

Prior to Lykan, LeClair was vice president of technical development and manufacturing at TScan Therapeutics in Waltham and Editas Medicine in Cambridge. Before that, he spent eight years at Swiss pharmaceutical company Novartis, transitioning biologic candidates from research into clinical development.
