Marlborough launches new interactive property tool for businesses

The Marlborough Economic Development Corp. has developed a new interactive tool, MapLink, to allow businesses and developers looking to invest in the city easy access to pertinent zoning information.
“Often, we hear from individuals, brokers, businesses, or developers, wondering what they can do with their property. This tool will allow the public to explore their options easily,” MEDC Executive Director Meredith Harris said in a Wednesday press release.
Though a city zoning map already exists, MapLink will afford users increased access.
Potential investors can click on a specific parcel and view the property data such as utilities, water sources, and sewer lines, along with district standards, use definitions, and procedural information associated with it.
