A Marlborough office and flex building was sold for $3.1 million to a Cambridge-based real estate company, according to the seller’s representative and public records.
Nason Hill Trust sold 100 Locke Drive in Marlborough to Erula LLC, which is registered to Paula Turnbull of Cambridge. The 100,581-square-foot, multi-story building is on 11.65 acres of land and located a mile north of the intersection of I-495 and Route 20 in the Marlborough Industrial Park.
New Dover Associates, Inc. of Framingham, which represented Nason Hill Trust in the sale, announced the news last week.
