SALMON Health and Retirement, a Milford-based senior living organization with locations across Central Massachusetts, has named Shawn Neville as its chief operating officer.
Neville previously served as director of campus operations for the organization’s Westborough facility, called The Willows at Westborough, according to a Monday press release from SALMON. He has been with the organization since 2017.
“Shawn’s skillset, expertise, and dedication make him the ideal candidate for our chief operating officer,” Matt Salmon, CEO and owner of SALMON, said in the press release. “Shawn’s development within the SALMON community exemplifies our culture of fostering and growing our talented personnel from within and I am more than confident he will continue to thrive.”
The position of COO was previously held by Michele McGovern, who left the role to retire.
Neville earned his bachelor's degree at Worcester State University, and holds an MBA from Fitchburg State University.
