A Northborough real estate broker has purchased an industrial and multi-family property at 83 Mill St. Central in Marlborough for $1.7 million in a sale closed on Wednesday.
The sale was announced by Joel Aho, president of Aho Properties LLC, who represented the buyer, Pascal’s Realty LLC, which is registered to Bret O’Brien of Northborough. O’Brien serves as president of Greater Boston Commercial Properties Inc.
The property was sold by SKB Development LLC, which is registered to Michael O’Malley of Marlborough. O’Malley oversees commercial and residential leasing for The Assabet Cos. in the same town.
The property was last sold in 2012, and is assessed by the City of Marlborough at $990,700.
