Rollstone Bank names first chief diversity officer

Rollstone Bank & Trust of Fitchburg has promoted senior vice president of human resources Amy Bonilla to the newly created position of chief diversity officer, according to a Thursday announcement.
Bonilla will continue in her senior vice president role in conjunction with her new title.
Bonilla will be tasked with overseeing the rollout of a diversity-and-inclusion strategy at the company, as well as forming a diversity committee comprised of representatives from each of the bank’s divisions.
“My goal is to make Rollstone’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion more visible and tangible, creating an even stronger workplace culture than we currently have,” Bonilla said in a statement.
