Stop & Shop shopping center in Hudson sells for $17.2M

The Center at Hudson shopping center has sold for $17.2 million to Andover-based NNM Realty Trust, according to Southern Middlesex land records.
The 85,000-square-foot property, anchored by a Stop & Shop, is located at 10 Technology Drive, in proximity to Interstates 495 and 290, according to Illinois real estate firm JLL Capital Markets, which represented NNM in the purchase.
The property was sold by Center at Hudson Holdings, which is a firm registered in Delaware.
