Worcester Business Journal has launched the annual survey of its readers for the end-of-year Economic Forecast special edition, in order to ascertain business leaders' outlooks on the Central Massachusetts economy in the coming year. Those who fill out the survey by Dec. 12 will be eligible to win one of three $50 gift cards to an area restaurant.
