TrueAdvantage notes Q4 growth

TrueAdvantage, a Southboro-based developer of sales-acceleration technology, reports that in the fourth quarter of '06, the company added 18 new customers and recorded a 30 percent increase in bookings from 2005 to 2006.

Throughout 2006, TrueAdvantage acquired over 80 new customers, largely from business services and high-tech industries.  Of the 18 customers added in Q4, 50 percent represented the business services market and 25 percent represented high-tech.

New customers include MasterCard Worldwide, IONA Technologies, and others.  Several existing customers have also extended their service subscriptions, which includes sales tools that deliver data from over 20,000 information services to sales representatives, helping to scale back the amount of time spent researching sales opportunities.

"With TrueAdvantage, our sales representatives are able to spend less time doing research and more time responding to the customers that are most primed to buy," said Kathy Ruggiero, vice president, Corporate Marketing at IONA Technologies.
