Vacant Blockbuster Video location in Worcester sold for $3M

A long vacant former Blockbuster Video location at 926 West Boylston Street in Worcester has been sold for the second time in a year for $2.9 million.
The buyer is 320 Enterprises, LLC of Upton, an entity registered to Brian D. Fitzgerald.
The property was last sold to Jasko Development of New Britain, Conn. in December for $1.1 million, according to the Worcester District Registry of Deeds.
The City of Worcester assesses the property for $482,100.
