The vacant industrial building at 274 Franklin St. in Worcester has been sold for $175,000.
The 12,490-square-foot brick building was sold by Marlene Sigel of Florida, the trustee of the 274 Franklin Street Realty Trust, to Gianni Romeo, trustee of the NA Realty Trust of Sutton.
Romeo plans to redevelop the property into retail and office space, according to Worcester commercial real estate broker Glickman Kovago & Co.
