Wayland oral surgeon buys his office's building for $2.4M

The owner of Wayland Oral Surgery has bought the medical office building where it's located at 241 Boston Post Road in Wayland.
Yong Han Koo of Weston, who owns Wayland Oral Surgery, has purchased for $2.35 million the medical office building in Wayland town center housing his business.
The seller, 241 Boston Post Road LLC, originally bought the property in 2005 for $508,000, then built the three-story, 5,800-square-foot building a year later. The limited liability corporation is registered to Jonathan Buchman of Wayland.
Han Koo bought the building through the limited liability corporation WOS Group LLC.
The deal closed Sept. 13, and was announced by Greater Boston Commercial Properties of Northborough, which represented Han Koo.
The building on Route 20 was last assessed by the town at just over $1 million.
