Webster Five hires Springfield banker as chief information officer

Webster Five Cents Savings bank has hired Kathryn Megraw as senior vice president and chief information officer, the Central Mass. South financial institution announced on Wednesday.
Megraw most recently served as chief information officer and chief operating officer at New Valley Bank & Trust in Springfield, where she oversaw deposit operations, retail banking, and information technology, information systems and marketing departments, according to the announcement.
In her role at Webster Five, she will provide leadership, direction and management for the bank’s operations department, including IT, business systems and deposit operations departments.
Webster Five maintains main offices in Webster and other branches in Auburn, Dudley, Oxford, Shrewsbury and Worcester.
