Westborough firm acquired by Arizona e-commerce company

Westborough digital commerce and microfulfillment company Yantriks, Inc. has been acquired by Blue Yonder, which is based in Scottsdale, Ariz., the companies announced Thursday.
“The combination of Yantriks and Blue Yonder brings together end-to-end systems that begin with the very start of the shoppers’ journey and allows the entire supply chain to be organized around their preferences and choices,” Girish Rishi, CEO of Blue Yonder, said in a press release.
According to a company spokesperson, the Westborough office and its 11 employees will all be retained. The purchase price and terms were not disclosed.
Yantriks was founded in 2014 and has an additional office in Bangalore, India.
