An eight-unit condominium complex in Grafton sold for $1.4 million to Michael Ermani, a Worcester-based developer who made several multi-million purchases in the region last year.
Located at 131 Westboro Road, the property was sold on Jan. 20 by Point House Properties LLC, an entity registered to Tara Francis of Shrewsbury.
Point House Properties had owned the complex since early 2019, when it bought it for just over $1 million, according to the Worcester South District Registry of Deeds. The one-acre property is assessed at $1.04 million by the Town of Grafton.
Ermani said in a message he plans to renovate the units in a similar style to his other properties, with hopes of catering to students at the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University, which is located less than a mile from the Grafton site. The developer bought a 48-unit apartment in Worcester in late 2021 and is converting it to a luxury-style complex. A year previously, he bought a mixed-use building containing Leo’s Ristorante in Worcester.
