Following the owner’s retirement, the former Costello's Truck Service & Repair location on Southwest Cutoff in Worcester has been sold to AAA Northeast.
The property, located at 315-317 Southwest Cutoff, was sold for $1.79 million in a deal closed Wednesday, according to Worcester District Registry of Deeds records.
The property was sold by ABS Real Estate, a Worcester-based entity managed by Robert Costello, who has retired from the business, according to Andrew Murray, the owner of A. Murray Real Estate in Worcester who represented Costello in the transaction.
AAA Northeast is based in Providence, Rhode Island and serves more than 6 million customers in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, New Jersey and New York. AAA was represented in the transaction by Dusty Burke, president of Wrentham-based American Commercial Real Estate.
The parcel, which contains a 10,000-square-foot garage built in 1980, was given a tax assessment value of $1.564 million in 2024, according to City of Worcester property records.
