LEOMINSTER, MA – February 2024 marked a significant milestone for Green Leaf Construction—ten years of building relationships, trust, and—of course, buildings. Founded in 2014, Green Leaf quickly established itself as a high-quality, turnkey firm known for its commitment to delivering cost-effective, customer-focused design-build and construction management services. Starting with just three employees, the company has grown steadily to a team of 40, delivering a wide range of projects for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients across the Northeast.
As the company celebrated its first decade in business, it also recognized that its continued growth had outpaced the capacity of its existing headquarters. Now - for its 11th anniversary, Green Leaf has announced plans to relocate its corporate headquarters to a new facility at 14 Manning Avenue in Leominster, ushering in an exciting new chapter of expansion and opportunity.
“Our success over the past eleven years is a direct result of the hard work and dedication of our team,” said Green Leaf President Andy McBeth. “Their efforts have earned the trust not only of our clients, but also of our design partners and subcontractors. Our approach has always been to serve as an extension of our clients’ teams—focusing on strong relationships and delivering the planning, pricing, insights, and services they need to achieve their corporate or institutional goals. From day one, trust has been the cornerstone of our business, and it will continue to guide us as we grow.”
Through its preconstruction planning and construction services, Green Leaf has consistently prioritized collaboration and clear communication. The firm works closely with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver projects that exceed expectations. From large-scale logistics companies to small nonprofit organizations, Green Leaf is known for its reliability, transparency, and customer-first approach. This commitment has led to a strong base of repeat business, with nearly 90% of clients choosing the firm for multiple projects.
The company recently wrapped up a year-long celebration of its 10th anniversary, which included ten separate initiatives to give back to Worcester County through volunteerism and donations. “We wanted to mark this milestone by paying it forward to the community that has been so integral to our success,” said McBeth. “We couldn’t be happier to be starting our second decade in business in the heart of Leominster. Central Massachusetts has been a great place to start and grow a company, and we’re proud to continue expanding our footprint in this community.”
As June approaches, anticipation builds for the grand opening of the new headquarters. With over a decade of experience behind them and an exciting road ahead, Green Leaf Construction is poised for continued growth—ready to take on new challenges and strengthen the partnerships that have been the foundation of its success.
