Founded in 2002, Integra Network Services is a family-owned business based in Milford, Massachusetts, specializing in comprehensive technology consulting with tailored solutions for corporate and enterprise organizations across New England. With more than 20 years of experience in the technology niche and our family business culture, we act as an integral part of clients’ businesses. We work with our clients in developing their technology solutions as a competitive advantage for the firm.
We take a consultative approach, with a plethora of technology services tailored to meet the diverse needs of businesses. Our expertise includes: Structured Cabling; Audio/Visual Solutions; Sound Masking; Network Equipment; Cloud and IT Support Managed Services, and Physical Security solutions including Card Access and Surveillance.
We take a solutions-oriented approach for all our clients. Our systems are designed with the right products and services to fit within functionality and budget parameters. Integra employs ambitious, highly-skilled professionals, allowing us to offer a unique blend of design, build, and support services that distinguish us from others in the industry.
Since our founding by Managing Partner Michael Galvin more than two decades ago, we have steadily grown. We’ve doubled our revenue in the last two years, and today have 50 dedicated employees. We are excited about the opportunity to expand in Central Massachusetts. Having completed recent notable work in Worcester, we are poised to serve more businesses.
We’ve entered the Worcester market with key projects – most notably installing the security system at the garage across from Polar Park in the Canal District and a network buildout for Worcester law firm Fletcher Tilton PC, we are poised to grow here with the same suite of network services that companies in Boston and Cambridge have come to rely on. With a vibrant biotechnology community, we are enthusiastic about making new connections in New England’s second-largest city.
“Our location is so close to Worcester. It makes total sense to really make the push,” Galvin shares.
Galvin, a former college baseball player, found the Polar Park Project particularly special. As a youth baseball coach, Galvin visits the Worcester minor-league venue with his players where they enjoy engaging with the team during community events.
As we grow in the Worcester and Metrowest areas, we are excited to join a tight-knit community that values collaboration. As a family business, it’s a natural fit. Collaboration and a sense of belonging are part of the ethos at Integra, which is what draws so many valued employees to work here. Once you’re here, you’re part of the family.
