$19M Bond For Clark
Worcester's Clark University will use a $19 million MassDevelopment bond to renovate and expand four campus buildings and replace an engine in its cogeneration plant.
The bond provides low-cost financing for the projects and will also allow the university to refund previous bonds, which were used for other capital projects.
MassDevelopment is the state's finance and development agency.
