Q: How are you settling in at your new office?
A: Great, everyone here has been very supportive and I love the positive energy.

Q: What challenges do you see in your new position?
A: While the economy seems to be improving, we've got to keep our eye on the ball and react, which means closely monitoring the interest-rate environment, housing prices and the economy as a whole, including unemployment and how that affects our customers.

Q: What's your favorite thing about Central Massachusetts?
A: Not having to drive into Boston for a great opportunity to work for a flourishing company.

Q: How close is this to what you imagined in high school you'd end up doing?
A: I'm not exactly sure, but I know I've always enjoyed numbers and money. This is a great opportunity to work with both and use my experience for the greater good of the community by helping customers achieve their financial goals.

Q: How far is your commute to the office?
A: About 45 minutes. It's a great time to listen to my books on CD.

Q: What's the best way to keep your energy and motivation up when you're having a long day?
A: Walk around and talk with others - contributing to and feeding off the positive energy here is a great way to stay motivated.

Q: Where's the best place to get lunch near your new location?
A: I'm only just starting to get familiar with all the options in Clinton, but believe me, I'm having fun trying them out.

Q: Do you have any hobbies outside of work?
A: I love spending time with my kids, playing basketball and indoor soccer, and watching football games. (Go Patriots!)

Q: What's on your to-do list for the next couple of days?
A: My plan is to finish getting settled in, get a full understanding of the bank and continue to learn and bring new ideas to the table.
