Blissful Meadows Golf Club in Uxbridge raised $15,000 for local youth sports and education with its annual golf outing. Work Opportunities Unlimited employees in the Worcester/Shrewsbury/Auburn areas hosted a food drive at Price Chopper to benefit Worcester County Food Bank.

Unitil donated energy detectors to Fitchburg Public Library to loan to patrons. The devices help measure how many kilowatts per hour various home appliances use.

Westborough-based data analytics company Chitika raised more than $1,300 for Boston Children's Hospital, hosting an all-day game-a-thon.
