Construction management firm JM Coull of Maynard was awarded its fifth consecutive Diamond Safety Training and Evaluation Process Award by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), a national construction trade association. Robert Harris, senior vice president of Bartholomew & Co. in Worcester, attended the Commonwealth Financial Network's Winners Circle Conference in Sarasota, Fla. The conference recognizes successful advisors based on annual production rankings, and emphasizes the provision of service, value and commitment to clients.

Milford Regional Medical Center was recognized by the American Heart Association and the American Stroke Association for its commitment and success in treating stroke patients, as well as for meeting guidelines as a “primary stroke center.”

Steven L. Groccia, senior vice president of commercial lending at Bay State Savings Bank, was honored with the Community Leadership Award from the Wachusett Area Chamber of Commerce. The award recognizes recipients based on leadership, ethical standards and dedication to community service. Groccia lives in Holden.

Rollstone Bank and Trust of Fitchburg has earned the highest rating for strength and stability by Baur Financial Inc., which designated Rollstone one of the strongest banks in the U.S.

BlueHive Strategic Environments, a Worcester marketing company, was awarded “best in show” at the annual ExhibitorLive event hosted by Exhibitor, an industry publication. The company was given a similar accolade by the Denver Healthcare Convention Exhibitors Association.

Alexander Aronson Finning CPAs (AAFCPAs) of Westborough was nationally recognized by the Association for Accounting Management with Marketing Achievement Awards in both the website and integrated rebrand categories.

G&F Industries, a Fiskdale-based medical silicone molding company, recently became a member of the Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program (SHARP) due to its injury and illness prevention program, joining 13 other Massachusetts companies.

Clinton Hospital received the Coverdell Stroke award from the Paul Coverdell National Acute Stroke Program through the Mass. Department of Public Health. The program is funded by the federal Centers for Disease Control.

Meanwhile, Saint Vincent Hospital in Worcester received the Defect-Free Care Award from the Coverdell program. The award recognizes hospitals that provided defect-free care, based on specific clinical guidelines to at least 85 percent of stroke patients in 2014.

The DCU Center announced that General Manager Sandra L. Dunn has been appointed to the Massachusetts Cultural (MCC) Advisory Board. Dunn will serve a three-year term. The MCC supports the arts, humanities and sciences. Dunn has been general manager at the DCU Center since 1997.

GVNA Healthcare's Healthy Families Program received the 2015 Children's Trust Training and Education Award. The award is given to the team that completes the training required by Children's Trust, but also seeks extra training, conferences and seminars to improve team knowledge.
