APRIL A. PERRY was promoted to assistant vice president/consumer loan underwriting manager for Workers' Credit Union in Fitchburg. A 33-year veteran of the union, Perry most recently served as its consumer loan underwriting manager. Over the years, she helped lead the launch of loan software systems and also serves on the operations/technology steering committee. She lives in Leominster and has volunteered at Our Father's Table and at St. Joseph's Church, both in Fitchburg.

KIMBERLY LENZ was appointed by the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy to serve on a medication addiction advisory group on treatment and best practices. Dr. Lenz, a clinical pharmacy manager in UMass Medical School's Commonwealth Medicine division, was chosen because of her expertise in treating addiction as well as her creativity and strategic thinking skills. The committee is made up of physicians, pharmacists and healthcare practitioners who operate in a managed healthcare environment.

JANET SCHWALM joined NAL'S Paint Center in Worcester and Auburn as a designer. A graduate of Syracuse University's College of Visual and Performing Arts, Schwalm brings more than 10 years of design and color consulting experience in Central Massachusetts to the team. She lives in Northborough with her husband, Peter, and their three sons.

JOHN T. PECULIS was appointed to the board of advisors at Nichols College in Dudley. Peculis is vice president and commercial real estate banking officer for the Central Massachusetts and MetroWest markets at Connecticut-based United Bank. He is based in Worcester at the bank's Waldo Street location. A Nichols alum who graduated in 2001 with a management degree, Peculis lives in Charlton with his wife and three children.

JOAN LUNMAN is now an internal systems advocate at Bryley Systems Inc., an information-technology services company in Hudson. She has worked in the information-technology service field for more than 10 years and most recently worked at TAB Computer Systems Inc. in East Hartford, Conn. She has a bachelor's degree from Potsdam State University in Potsdam, N.Y.

DANIELLE LORD was named chief operating officer at O'Connell Care at Home, a Holyoke home healthcare service. She began her career at O'Connell in 2007 as a scheduler while simultaneously attending Springfield College to get her master's in healthcare management. Lord was instrumental in launching O'Connell's second location in Deerfield.

KRISTIN KOLISS is now president of the Worcester-based Central Massachusetts Association of REALTORS. In her 13 years of involvement with the association, Koliss has served on the board of directors, finance committee, government affairs and community action committee. She has been a director at the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS for three years. A North Grafton resident, Koliss is the broker and owner of Paramount Realty Group there.

MARTHA L. NUNEZ is now a commercial credit analyst for Fidelity Bank in Leominster, where she provides credit-risk analysis support to the commercial lending team. Nunez received her bachelor's degree in business administration from Merrimack College and her MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. An Acton resident, Nunez was previously a credit analyst for Wells Fargo in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

JOANNE MORSE was promoted to vice president, commercial banking relationship manager at Fidelity Bank in Leominster. She was previously assistant vice president, commercial banking relationship manager. During her time at Fidelity, Morse expanded the bank's builder/developer loan portfolio, established new relationships and nurtured existing ones. She is a graduate of New England College of Business and Finance and is a member of the North Central Chamber of Commerce and the Gardner Chamber of Commerce. She resides in Shirley.

JILL LEBOW has been promoted to senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Fallon Health, a healthcare nonprofit in Worcester. She joined Fallon in 2008 as a human resources business partner, where she consulted on recruiting, retention, organizational effectiveness and professional development. A Worcester resident, Lebow is a member of the Worcester Boys and Girls Club Human Resources Committee. She holds a bachelor's degree in English literature from the University of Connecticut and a law degree from the UConn School of Law.

VINCENT MEOLI was hired as regional medical director at AFC Doctors Express, an independent urgent care provider in Worcester. His responsibilities will include developing guidelines for patient treatment, developing teaching programs for staff, coordinating patient care and assisting in recruitment of medical staff. A 2002 graduate of Boston University School of Medicine, Meoli completed his emergency medicine residency program at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York in 2006.
