NILESH GUNDA was elected to a three-year term on the board of directors at Workers Credit Union in Fitchburg. He is a director at Entegris, Inc. in Billerica, a semiconductor manufacturing company, and Gunda also co-owns and operates an early education facility in Billerica. He holds a master's degree in material science and engineering from Washington University in St. Louis. He lives in Chelmsford.

KATY HARRISON OSTROFF is now manager of client services at NEADS/Dogs for Deaf and Disabled Americans in Princeton. A licensed clinical social worker, she was previously executive director of Employment Connection Specialists in New Hampshire and a board member and past president of the New Hampshire Rehabilitation Association.

NICOLE L. MARTIN is now vice president and retail sales manager at Clinton Savings Bank in Clinton, joining the company's senior management team. She has 28 years of experience in the banking industry, including eight years at Santander Bank as the branch manager in Clinton. She attended Worcester State University, lives in Lancaster and has two children.

LYNNE WAGNER has been promoted to senior director of marketing programs at The Training Associates in Westborough. Wagner has been with The Training Associates since 2007, working on managing its market strategy, branding, advertising programs and messaging. She is a graduate of Lesley University in Cambridge where she graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in business management. She lives in Charlton.

LEE DELANEY was named executive vice president nad chief growth officer at BJ's Wholesale Club in Westborough. Delaney previously served as a partner at Bain & Co. in Boston, where he was a leader in the consumer products practice and advised on corporate strategy and large cost reduction programs, supported client acquisitions and created new market entry plans.

KEVIN MILLS is now director of dining services at Holden Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in Holden. He has more than 11 years of experience in healthcare dining services and lives in Athol.

TINA BOHABOY has been hired to work as an admissions clinical liaison at Oriol Health Care in Holden. Bohaboy has several years of experience in the healthcare and marketing industries in the Worcester and Boston areas and has worked as a senior fitness adviser, clinical liaison and community health and fitness director. Bohaboy holds a degree from Fitchburg State University and lives in Dudley.

JAMIE ANDERSON is now senior project manager at Grossman Development Group in Southborough. Anderson will be responsible for pre-development and project management as well as tenant coordination for Grossman Development Group. He joins Grossman Development Group from RJ O'Connell & Associates in Stoneham, where he was project manager for nine years. Anderson has an engineering background and almost 20 years of experience in the commercial development design and management industry.
