The 57-acre, seven-building Marlborough Technology Park has been sold to a property management company for $46 million.

The property, previously owned by Concord-based Normandy Real Estate Partners, was sold to Woburn-based KS Partners, a commercial property management company. According to land records, the property was officially sold last month.

Real estate brokers Cushman and Wakefield announced the sale Tuesday.

Located on Nickerson Road, the park consists of 586,266-square-feet of office space one mile west of I-495 and Rte. 20.

According to KS Partners' website, the company owns and manages over 4 million square feet of commercial property in Massachusetts and Connecticut, including an office building in Marlborough on Boston Post Road and other properties in the Greater Boston area.

The property is equipped with a variety of amenities, including a full-service cafeteria, a multi-media lounge, a fitness center and conference facilities.

The park is already home to several companies, including Oxford Immunotec, Cavium, API Technologies and Tetra Tech.
