Movers & Shakers


ALLAN VILLATORO of Grafton has joined UniBank as vice president and market executive, responsible for commercial and business banking market growth and growing existing business relationships. He most recently worked at Homefield Credit Union and previously worked at UniBank for four years as manager of the Milford branch and as business development officer. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from New England College of Business & Finance in Boston and is an MBA candidate at the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.

JOSEPH VETTESE has been named the branch manager for UniBank's Milford branch, where he is responsible for operations, and growth and development of consumer and business relations. He has been with UniBank for more than two years, most recently as a relationship banking supervisor at UniBank's Shrewsbury branch. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

ANDREA FRENCH has been promoted to the ownership team at Sustainable Comfort, a Worcester environmentally sustainable construction and consulting firm. French has been with the company since 2015 and was most recently the vice president of administration, managing the company's strategic human resources, marketing, branding, administration and insurance efforts. She has a bachelor's degree in journalism and sociology from UMass Amherst.

AMANDA VITKO has joined Reliant Medical Group's department of family medicine and is now practicing at Reliant's new facility at 225 New Lancaster Road in Leominster. She received her medical degree from Tulane University in New Orleans and completed her residency at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester.

PHILLIP FOUGERE is the new brand marketing director for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate of Natick. Fougere, of Medway, has more than 25 years of experience as a marketing professional, most recently as senior director of solution management at Epsilon, a marketing services company. In his new role, Fougere leads branding, advertising and marketing initiatives to support 22 offices and more than 500 sales associates.

RICH ANZALONE has joined RE/MAX Results of Hudson. Anzalone has decades of residential real estate experience as an agent, broker and former co-owner of RE/MAX Signature Properties. He is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.

Behavioral Concepts of Worcester has appointed two new directors. BRITNEY CATRON has been promoted by Behavioral Concepts to its regional director of Greater Springfield for the autism care agency's new Springfield location. Catron has a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and a master's degree in applied behavioral analysis from Bay Path University. She has been at Worcester-based Behavioral Concepts since starting in 2011 as a therapist. KATHERINE LAW has been promoted to assistant director and now leads the early-intervention services for Greater Lowell. She was previously a behavior analyst in BCI's Fitchburg office. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology from UMass Amherst and a master's degree in applied behavior analysis from Westfield State University.

CHARISSE MURPHY of Ayer has been named the director of development for YOU Inc., a nonprofit behavioral health and education agency in Worcester. Murphy has a bachelor's degree in psychology and criminal justice and a master's degree in human service and leadership from Northeastern University in Boston. She is the former director of YOU Inc.'s community service program. She previously was a development associate at LUK Inc. and is the founder of EmPower ME!, a nonprofit providing education and leadership opportunities for girls in North Central Massachusetts.
