Apartment complex near Becker College sold for $972K

A 13-unit apartment complex at 70-72 Russell St. in Worcester sold for $972,000, according to an announcement Thursday from Worcester real estate brokerage firm NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs.
The new owner, Robert Barrientos, plans to make upgrades to the units inside as well as exterior parking and landscape improvements, said Matthew Mayrand, vice president for NAI, who represented the buyer.
The two-building housing unit is near both Becker College and Newton Square in the city.
NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs also represented the seller – WBS Holdings, LLC.
