The new assistant vice president of compliance at St. Mary's Credit Union in Marlborough was not that far off the mark in her early ambitions for a career in the accounting or the legal world. The Pelham, N.H., resident has had a role in banks' security and compliance for the past 13 years, having previously held positions at banks and credit unions in Lowell and Methuen. In this Q&A, she says she has a full regulatory agenda ahead.
