Computer Firm Buys Natick Building

A real estate holding firm tied to Needham-based software company B&L Associates has purchased an East Natick Business Park office building for $1,130,000.

B&L treasurer Leonard DiCarlo said the company will initially lease the building back to the law firm of Shocket & Dockser LLP, which previously owned the property through another holding firm. He said the software company may move there, but said there is no firm timeline for the move.

Dean Blackey of Wayland-based R.W. Holmes Realty, who represented both the buyer and seller, said the law firm is seeking a new, smaller location and expects to move out in the next six months.

The 6,5000-square-foot building is located at 13 Tech Circle.
