Fallon appoints new human resources officer

Fallon Health, a Worcester-based insurer, hired Jill Lebow as senior vice president and chief human resources officer.

Fallon Health of Worcester has brought on Jill Lebow as senior vice president and chief human resources officer, the health care insurance company announced Tuesday.
Lebow will be responsible for talent acquisition and management. Lebow first joined Fallon in a consultative role in 2008 as a human resources business partner. She then served as Fallon’s director of employee relations and staffing.
In addition to her work at Fallon, Lebow was a human resources business partner at the Hanover Insurance Group and worked in employee relations at Abbvie.
Lebow lives in Worcester with her family.
