Fitchburg Firm Delays Quarterly Report

Arrhythmia Research Technology Inc. of Fitchburg said it will not be able to file its quarterly report for the quarter ending March 31 due to an ongoing internal review by an audit committee and the company's independent auditor.
The company's annual 10-K report has been delayed because of the review, which has delayed completion of the third-quarter report, Arrhythmia said in a statement. The company said management is working "diligently" to finalize the review by June 13.
In the meantime, the company said it expects to report consolidated revenue of $5.64 million and net income of $4,000 for the quarter ending March 31.
