Keystone Pipeline Developer Consolidates Westborough Executive Park Lease

Energy infrastructure provider TransCanada Corp., the company behind the controversial Keystone Pipeline proposal that made national news over the past year, has leased more than 20,000 square feet in Westborough, according to Boston-based Lincoln Property Co., which represented the company.

TransCanada had leased space on the first and second floors of 110 Turnpike Road. The new lease puts company on the third floor, giving them 20 percent more space and the ability for employees to all work on the same floor. KBS RealtyAdvisors, the building's landlord, was represented by Richards Barry Joyce & Partners.
