Marlborough business awards announced

Marlborough-based Boston Scientific is being honored by the Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce.

The Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce has announced the winners of its annual business recognition awards.
The awards are given out to seven local businesses for their dedication to improving the quality of life in the Marlborough region and for helping to maintain and improve business culture in the area, according to the chamber. Recipients were nominated by fellow chamber members.
The winners are:
- Business of the Year: Boston Scientific
- Small Business of the Year: Olive Garden
- Customer Service of the Year: David & Darlene Welch of Minuteman Press
- Rookie of the Year Award: Joe Don Richardson of Turning Point Images
- Marlborough Spirit Award: St. Mary’s Credit Union
- Green Award: Energy Efficiency & Sustainability Consulting
- Lifetime Achievement Award: Joseph Valarioti of Central Auto Rebuilders, Inc.
The award winners will be honored at a ceremony on March 23.
