MassEcon taps local business leaders for board spots

MassEcon, a state economic development agency, elected two local business leaders to its board of directors at its year-end meeting last week.

Bonnie Sullivan, vice president of Natick-based Middlesex Savings Bank, was elected as a new board member. Paul Bauer of the Framingham branch of Bowditch & Dewey was re-elected to the board.

Fred Mulligan, chairman of Worcester-based Cutler Associates, who was already on the board, was appointed to an officer position.

In addition to Sullivan and Bauer, also newly elected to the board was Woburn-based Joe Gaetano, director of business operations at global staffing firm Aerotek.
