MGB health plan will offer Medicare product

AllWays Health Partners plans in 2023 to offer Medicare Advantage products under its new name, Mass General Brigham Health Plan.
The insurer on Friday said its products would be offered during the annual enrollment period in October and would enable Mass General Brigham Health Plan and Mass General Brigham, one of the largest care networks in the state, "to support a broader range of healthcare needs through an integrated provider-payer model."
Additional benefit details will be provided in October 2022. The health plan intends to work on its Medicare Advantage Products with MVP Health Care, a health services company in the Northeast.
"We are excited about the opportunity to deliver a value-based care model to a growing population with specific needs that can be best addressed by an integrated healthcare system," Steven Tringale, president of Mass General Brigham Health Plan, said in a statement. "Our Medicare Advantage products will be differentiated by the clinical excellence of one of the world's leading healthcare systems."
