DAVID B. DAMIANO, MATTHEW B. KOSS, JOANNE M. PIERCE and REV. WILLIAM E. STEMPSEY have been promoted to full professors at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester. Damiano, of the mathematics and computer science department, earned a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and a Ph.D. from Brown University in Providence. Koss, of the physics department, has a Ph.D. from Tufts University in Medford. Pierce, of the religious studies department, earned a Ph.D. in theology from University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Ind. Stempsey, of the philosophy department, received his M.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo and after his ordination to the priesthood, a Ph.D. from Georgetown University in Washington.

FEARING, vice president and senior loan officer; PETER J. KASLAUSKAS, vice president and investment consultant; DAVID B. Leominster-based Fidelity Bank elected R. JOSEPH SALOIS to its board of directors. Salois is president and owner of Atlas Distributing of Auburn. The following individuals were elected to the board of corporators: WINFIELD S. BROWN, president and CEO of Heywood Hospital, Gardner; JOHN M. FLICK, an attorney with Flick Law Group; MARK A. PUCCIO, owner of Performance Management Group, Northborough; MATTHEW J CAMPOBASSO, an attorney practicing in Leominster; and Salois.

KEVIN O'SULLIVAN, president and CEO of Massachusetts Biomedical Initiative, has been named to lead the United Way of Central Massachusetts' annual campaign. He served as a member of the state House of Representatives from 1986 to 1994. O'Sullivan lives in Worcester.

The Training Associates in Westborough hired JESSICA JOHNSON as project manager. She previously worked at The Hanover Insurance Group in Worcester as the training coordinator for enterprise learning and development. Johnson graduated from Michigan State University in East Lansing with a bachelor's in audiology and speech pathology and a bachelor's in social science/human resources. She is a resident of Holden.

Paxton-based Anna Maria College appointed MAUREEN G. WILKINSON and KIMBERLY KENNEDY to its board of trustees. Wilkinson is vice president of HarborOne Credit Union. She is a graduate of Anna Maria College and earned her MBA from Loyola University, Baltimore. Wilkinson lives in Plainville. Kennedy is director of personal lines operations for The Hanover. She is a graduate of Syracuse University, in Syracuse, N.Y., and earned her master's in total quality management from Anna Maria. She lives in Holden. Reappointed to the board were: Rita M. DeRoy; Joseph J. Bafaro; and Edith M. LaVigne.

Worcester-based Notre Dame Health Care Center promoted KATHERINE LEMAY to CEO and hired STEVEN HALL to replace her as administrator of the Notre Dame Long-Term Center. Lemay previously served as administrator of the long-term care center for 15 years. She has a bachelor's degree from Fitchburg State University and a master's in nursing from Boston University. Hall was previously administrator of Sandalwood Care and Rehabilitation Center in Oxford. He has a bachelor's degree in long-term care administration/nursing home administration from St. Joseph's College in Standish, Maine.

Framingham Co-operative Bank promoted STEVEN M. SOUSA, MICHAEL SEMIZOGLOU, BRIEN MAGINNIS, MICHAEL J. BILINSKY JR., KIMBERLY SAMBUCHI, RAHNUMA HABIB, RICHARD M. REDER, YASMINE OUWEIJAN and DIANE M. GALLIEN. Sousa was promoted from senior vice president to executive vice president and chief operating officer. He has a bachelor's degree in management from Lesley University in Cambridge. Semizoglou, who joined the bank's commercial lending team in 2008 as assistant vice president, was promoted to vice president. He has a bachelor's in business administration from Emmanuel College in Boston. Maginnis was promoted from vice president/controller to senior vice president/controller. He has a bachelor's degree from Western Maryland College in Westminster, Md. Bilinsky, a business development officer, was promoted to vice president/business development officer. He is a resident of Westborough. Sambuchi was promoted from electronic banking manager to assistant vice president. She holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Boston University and a master's in business from Framingham State University. Habib, human resources manager, was also named assistant vice president. She has a bachelor's in economics from Badrunnessa College in Bangladesh and a bachelor's in business administration from the University of Phoenix. Reder, a credit officer, is also a new assistant vice president. Reder is a graduate of Bentley University in Waltham and the New England College of Business and Finance. Ouweijan, a branch manager, was also named assistant vice president. She is a Grafton resident. Gallien was named assistant treasurer. She had previously served as the bank's accounting manager. She has a bachelor's degree from Framingham State University.

Worcester-based accounting firm Alexander, Aronson, Finning and Co. PC hired MICHAEL MULVENA as its new director of business operations. He will work in the firm's Westborough office. Mulvena was previously CEO of the PODS Boston franchise. He is a certified public accountant and holds an MBA from Babson College in Wellesley.

Leominster Credit Union hired TOM CLANCY as vice president of information technology. Prior to joining LCU, Clancy was vice president of operations and information technology at Central One Federal Credit Union of Shrewsbury. Clancy has a bachelor's in business administration from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. He is a resident of Westborough.

The Training Associates hired JOANNE SCAMURRA as project manager. She was previously co-founder and president of Desktop Paging Software Inc. in Nashua, N.H. Most recently she was office manager at H&S Environmental Inc. in Westborough. She is a resident of Westborough.
