FRANK JOYCE is now senior director of UMass Medical School's Disability Evaluation Services in Worcester. He oversees more than 60 licensed disability reviewers, clinical managers, psychologists and physician advisors who conduct disability reviews. He has more than 30 years of experience in public and private health administration, and has focused most of his career around helping vulnerable populations. Since 2001, he has held a series of roles at UMass Medical School's Commonwealth Medicine, where he provided clinical leadership in disability determination, appeals review, and operations management.

STEPHEN O'TOOLE and KAITLIN A. GEARIN have joined ERA Key Realty Services. O'Toole, who previously worked as a sales manager for AT&T, joined the Worcester office. He is a volunteer with Marlborough's Food Pantry. Gearin, a graduate of the UMass Amherst, joined the Spencer office. She previously worked as a senior consultant with Ernst & Young LLP in Boston.

LUIS A. SOARES is now assistant vice president and branch manager of the Westford branch of Workers Credit Union. He is a resident of Andover and previously worked as assistant vice president and bank manager with Citizens Bank. He attended UMass Lowell for business management and has completed courses at the New England College of Finance.

BLAIR ROBIDOUX was named branch manager of the West Street office of Country Bank in Ware. She has been with the bank for 12 years, starting as a teller.

ELISE KOWAL and MELISSA MANN joined the retail banking division at Country Bank. Kowal, an eight-year banking veteran, is located at the bank's West Brookfield office. She started at Country Bank as a teller and worked her way up to teller supervisor before moving to the corporate risk department. This summer, she will graduate from Western New England University with a bachelor's degree in business. She lives in West Brookfield with her husband. Mann, who has 14 years of experience, joined the Belchertown office. She lives there with her husband and two children.

BARBARA AMANKWAH joined the personal lines department at Sullivan Insurance Group in Worcester. She is licensed in property and casualty in Massachusetts and earned the certified insurance service representative designation. She holds a bachelor's degree from Fitchburg State University.

MATT COPELAND is now director of building envelope sciences at Gorman Richardson Lewis Architects in Hopkinton. Copeland is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute with more than 12 years of experience in the industry. He will focus on all aspects of project and team management and work to develop the firm's portfolio of building envelope work. He has presented at Build Boston, the Roof Consultants Institute International Convention, and the Urban Green Council.

MATTHEW DiSALVO has joined Capital Convention Contractors as vice president of sales and marketing. He has more than 30 years of sales and marketing experience, 20 of which were at his most recent employer. In his new role, he will oversee business development and increase the company's presence in the industry.

EDWARD SCOLNICK is now on the board at the Discovery Museums in Acton. Scolnick, who holds a medical degree from Harvard Medical School, has experience in scientific research and STEM education. He is a member of the Broad Institute of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and chief scientist of Broad's Stanley Center for Psychiatric Research. He was founding director of the Stanley Center and holds an academic appointment at MIT, as a professor of the practice in the department of biology. He was president of Merck Research Laboratories from 1985 to 2003.
