Multi-family investor snatches up 10 Webster properties for $3.5M

Apartments on Granite Street in Webster
A 10-property, 35-unit multi-family portfolio in Webster sold for $3.5 million sold to a Worcester investor.
The properties on Granite Street, Prospect Street, and North Main Street in Webster were purchased by Webster Rentals, LLC of Worcester, according to a press release from NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs, whose Vice Presidents David Eldredge, and Tim Whittredge represented the seller Hancock Holdings LLC of Pittsfield.
The 10 properties in this portfolio consist of one three-unit property, two two-unit properties, one four-unit property, three five-unit properties, one two-car garage property, and one vacant lot, according to the press release.
“This Webster multifamily portfolio will provide the buyer the opportunity to grow its rental portfolio with this value-add acquisition,” Eldridge said in the press release.
Webster Rentals LLC belongs to Michael Byrnes, CEO of Byrnes Real Estate Group LLC of Auburn.
