The SHINE Initiative of Worcester donated $18,000 to Community Healthlink ($3,000); Genesis Club ($5,000); the HOPE Coalition ($5,000); and Jewish Family Service ($5,000).

Leominster Credit Union is sponsoring two Habitat for Humanity build sites in Fitchburg and Worcester. In addition to a $5,000 donation, LCU employees will volunteer at the sites.

Marlborough-based St. Mary's Credit Union bought breakfast for more than 300 customers at Honey Dew Donuts in Hudson, part of the Random Acts of Kindness campaign to mark the credit union's 100th year.
