The Fitchburg-based North Central Mass. Chamber Foundation’s Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament raised enough for two $2,000 scholarships for Fitchburg High School seniors Stephanie Atteridge and Vana Ziong.
Sovereign Bank, with offices in Central Massachusetts, sponsored the state School Building Authority’s annual “My Ideal School” art contest. The 12 regional winners, including Eftalia Economou of Worcester, received savings bonds.
