Worcester-based Reliant Medical Group raised more than $11,000 with its October charity 5K. Funds benefit local fitness and obesity-prevention programs.

Mark’s Moving & Storage in Marlborough donated use of a tractor and moving trailer last month for the Employment Options family festival, as well as a truck and crew to transport food, tables and other supplies to the event.
 
Framingham-based MutualOne Bank donated $2,500 to the MetroWest Free Medical Program.
