Physical Therapy Provider Buys Shrewsbury Site

An expanding physical therapy practice has bought a new building on the eastbound side of Route 9 in Shrewsbury, according to Glickman Kovago & Co. of Worcester, which brokered the deal.
Greendale Physical Therapy purchased the property from Fidelity Bank for $450,000, according to a statement from Kovago. The building at 280 Boston Tpke., which measures 5,818 square feet, sits on less than a quarter of an acre of land.
Greendale was founded in Shrewsbury in 2002. It later grew and expanded to a second location in the Greendale Mall in Worcester.
