Restaurant And Weight Clinic Lease Worcester Space
Joey's Bar and Grill, formerly of Mill Street in Worcester, has moved to 344 Chandler St.
The 4,600-square-foot space has room for additional seating and a private function room, according to Glickman Kovago & Co., whose brokers represented all parties in the deal.
Ideal Weight Loss Clinic also signed a lease for the Chandler Street space, Glickman said.
It is the Vermont-based clinic's first Massachusetts location.
