The president of the restaurant group behind The Fix Burger Bar has purchased the location next to its Bocado Tapas Wine Bar in Worcester.

Bocado Realty LLC, registered to Michael Covino, president of Niche Hospitality Group in Worcester, has purchased the former location of Harry Heitin Auto Radiator Co. for $535,000, according to the Worcester District Registry of Deeds.

The property abuts Bocado Tapas Wine Bar at 82 Winter St. in the Canal District.

Niche Hospitality owns Bocado along with Mezcal Tequila Cantina in Worcester and The Fix Burger Bar, which has locations in Leominster, Marlborough, and Worcester. Bocado Realty LLC owns Unit A of 82 Winter St., a condominium property.

Neither Niche Hospitality nor Covino responded to requests for information about plans for the new site.

Harry Heitin Auto Radiator Co. closed in August, after being in business for 70 years. The property was sold by owner Scott Meersman in a deal that closed on Monday. Meersman had worked with the company since 1973, according to a report from the Telegram & Gazette.
