Rollstone Bank & Trust will reopen branches to customers Monday
Rollstone Bank & Trust, headquartered in Fitchburg, will reopen its branch lobbies to customers beginning Monday, the bank announced on Wednesday.
The bank will install physical barriers to help protect customers against the spread of coronavirus, as well as institute social distancing measures. There will be a limit of four customers inside each branch, and masks will be required, although the bank will ask customers to briefly lower their masks upon entering so that security cameras can track who is entering the building.
Pens will be available upon request, although customers will have to take them with them when they leave, or else they will be thrown out, according to the reopening announcement.
Rollstone’s drive-through windows and ATMs never closed.
