Shrewsbury credit union elevates HR executive to C-suite

Central One Federal Credit Union Chief People and Culture Officer Kerry Crutchley
Central One Federal Credit Union has promoted Kerry Crutchley to the newly created position of chief people and culture officer.
Crutchley has been with the Shrewsbury-based credit union since 2014, rising to the role of vice president of human resources, prior to her C-Suite promotion. Before joining Central One, she served in various management roles in the retail industry, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Crutchley holds a master’s degree in human resource management from Southern New Hampshire University and serves on the boards of The Organization for Nonprofit Excellence in Worcester, and the Boys and Girls Club of Worcester.
Central One has eight locations with $774 million in assets as of March, making it the seventh largest credit union in Central Massachusetts, according to the WBJ Research department.
