Three companies have signed four leases totaling more than 140,000 square feet at Solomon Pond Park in Marlborough.
The tenants are Areva, Blue Cod Technologies Inc. and Park Place International. The park's owner is BGI Holdings III LLC, a partnership between Great Point Investors and Nordic Properties. The landlord is represented by Boston-based commercial real estate firm Richards Barry Joyce & Partners LLC.
Paris-based nuclear power technology company Areva leased 43,709 square feet of office space at 400 Donald Lynch Blvd. The lease covers the entire third floor of the 116,800-square-foot building. Areva was represented in the transaction by Boston commercial firm CB Richard Ellis.
Blue Cod Technologies signed two leases totaling 69,782 square feet. The company expanded by 8,800 square feet and signed a lease extension for the entire 40,019-square-foot building at 295 Donald Lynch Blvd. The software company also signed a new lease for 29,763 square feet at 500 Donald Lynch Blvd. The company was represented by Boston commercial firm Grubb & Ellis.
Park Place International signed a new lease for 26,975 square feet of light manufacturing space at 500 Donald Lynch Blvd and is relocating from Uxbridge. The IT equipment service firm was represented by Cushman & Wakefield of Boston.
Solomon Pond Park includes 700,000 square feet of office, research and development and flex space on a 163-acre site that also includes the Solomon Pond Mall.
According to RBJ statistics, the Interstate 495 West commercial real estate market ended the fourth quarter 17.4 percent vacant.
