Vacant Shrewsbury Building Leased By Paint Retailer

A new Sherwin-Williams retail store is slated to open at 163 Boston Tpke. in Shrewsbury.
The paint and home décor retailer recently leased 5,000 square feet of space there from owner Leiser Realty, according to Glickman Kovago & Co., the Worcester-based commercial real estate firm that represented the landlord.
The space is the former location of a Mattress Discounters store on the westbound side of Route 9 not far from the Worcester line. The store is currently vacant.
The site has parking for 20 cars and the store is expected to open in December.
Sherwin-Williams was represented in the transaction by Atlantic Retail Properties of Boston.
